1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the personal user account you create on the ags189 platform to access our services.
• "Platform" refers to the ags189 website (https://ags189.cam), mobile applications, and all associated services, games, and betting markets.
• "Services" refers to all gambling products offered by ags189, including but not limited to sports betting (including bandar bola or football bookmaking), online casino games, live dealer tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery), and sabung ayam (cockfighting streams).
• "Deposit" refers to any funds transferred by you to your ags189 account via approved payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, or GoPay.
• "Withdrawal" refers to any funds transferred by us from your ags189 account back to your verified bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by ags189, subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification (Indonesian ID card / KTP) and proof of address.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use ags189 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is a strict requirement enforced through KYC verification. Players who provide false age information or attempt to circumvent age verification will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian government-issued identification card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP).
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. While ags189 operates under international licensing, you are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with your local regulations.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP), on any national or international sanctions list, or residing in a jurisdiction subject to international sanctions.
• You must not have previously had an ags189 account that was closed due to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

2.2 Account Creation

You may create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person (identified through matching personal details, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, or other technical means), we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately.
• Void all bets, spins, and transactions made from duplicate accounts.
• Forfeit any winnings or bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts.
• Retain deposits as a penalty for Terms violation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Any information provided during registration must match the identification documents you submit during KYC verification.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.1 Verification Requirements

All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. We may also request KYC documents at any time during your account lifetime, including before processing large deposits or if we detect unusual activity. Required documents include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP). The document must be valid (not expired), and all four corners must be visible in the photo. The name, date of birth, and ID number must be clearly readable.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, gas, or internet bill dated within the last 3 months) or bank statement showing your name and residential address matching the address provided during registration.
• Selfie Verification: In some cases, we may request a selfie photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to confirm that the person using the account matches the identity documents submitted.

3.2 Verification Processing Time

KYC verification is typically processed within 24-48 hours after you submit all required documents. You will receive an email notification once your account is verified. Incomplete submissions or unclear documents will delay the verification process. If we cannot verify your identity to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend your account and return your deposited funds (minus any bonuses received) after deducting processing fees.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

ags189 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed instantly.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000 for major banks and Rp 10,000,000 for e-wallets. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account closure.

ags189 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet from which you deposited, or to a verified account registered in your legal name. All withdrawal requests require prior KYC verification. Withdrawal processing time is typically 1-24 hours, though it may take longer during peak periods or if additional security checks are required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may be subject to additional verification. You may make a maximum of 3 withdrawal requests per day.

Before you can withdraw funds, you must meet the 1x rollover requirement. This means the total amount of bets you place must equal or exceed the total amount you deposited. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets (cumulative, across any games) before you can withdraw. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure required by our license.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ags189 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals in other currencies are not accepted. If you attempt to deposit funds in a foreign currency, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ags189 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions (collectively "Bonus Terms") that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Key bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 10,000,000 in total bets before you can withdraw the bonus or winnings from it.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-20%, and some games (e.g., low-risk roulette strategies) may not contribute at all. Check the specific bonus terms before playing.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, you may be restricted to a maximum bet size per spin or per bet (e.g., Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and their wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified time period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days). Unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may only have one active bonus at a time. You must complete the wagering requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Examples of bonus abuse include (but are not limited to): creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit with minimal risk (e.g., hedging bets on opposite outcomes), colluding with other players, or any other behavior we deem to be exploiting promotional offers in bad faith. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ags189 are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirming. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), ags189 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results published by the relevant sporting body or federation (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the case of disputes, ags189's decision is final.

For live in-play betting, there may be a short delay between placing your bet and its acceptance due to odds fluctuations. If the odds change significantly before your bet is accepted, we reserve the right to reject the bet and return your stake.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards and wheels. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or influenced. Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage indicating the theoretical long-term payout rate. 6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing staff or other players.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from ags189 without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ags189 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform or Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar malicious code transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

In no event shall ags189's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ags189 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ags189. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's arbitration body.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ags189. All disputes must be brought individually.

12. Amendments to Terms

ags189 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an on-site notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

ags189 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or inactivity for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. We will return your balance (subject to deductions as described above) unless your account is terminated due to fraud or Terms violations, in which case we reserve the right to withhold funds.
